ADDITIONAL FEES FOR IN-WATER SLIP HOLDERS
All
slip holders pay a one-time per year amenity fee of $255.
The amenity fee is due upon signing a contract. The only
additional fees incurred by members is electrical usage that
exceeds $10.00 per month.
